‘Liberal’—A loose interpretation of law expanded beyond its strict or natural meaning.

Here reporter Gina Rodriguez catches Barack Obama describing illegal aliens as ‘de facto’ citizens who had the right and responsibility to vote:

“Many of the . . . undocumented citizens – and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country – are fearful of voting. So if I vote, will Immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?” Rodriguez asked.

Obama responded: “Not true, and the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself. WHAT OBAMA SAID ENCOURAGING ILLEGAL ALIEN ‘CITIZENS’ TO VOTE IS A CRIME CALLED CONSPIRACY, AND VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION.

ADD TO THIS ALL THE LEGISLATION CREATING SANCTUARY STATES, ISSUING DRIVER’S LICENSES, AND LAWS WITH LOOPHOLES ALLOWING ILLEGAL ALIENS TO REGISTER TO VOTE AND APPLY FOR ABSENTEE BALLOTS, AND THE CRIME EXPANDS BEYOND ELECTION FRAUD, DISENFRANCHISING QUALIFIED CITIZEN VOTERS, BUT DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE 1996 ILLEGAL ALIEN REFORM AND RESPONSIBILITY ACT.

When illegal aliens are counted in the census, there are a few states where their numbers can affect the Electoral College. In California, between four and ten of their fifty-five electors are from so-called ‘undocumented citizens.’ This is why the Biden administration is trying to flood Texas and Florida with illegal aliens, to turn those states Blue.

In 17 states, illegal aliens are issued driver’s licenses without proof of their real identity. This was ostensibly so illegals would buy liability insurance, but it actually created ‘de facto’ citizens who were protected in so-called sanctuary cities and states.

And why did Obama assure illegal aliens that under the constitutional sanctity of the ‘secret ballot,’ illegal aliens have nothing to fear? Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks explained it, in support of Arizona’s Title 3 Objections to Biden’s electors, the first of six states on January 6, 2021 to do so:

“In 1993, Democrats rammed through Congress the National Voter Registration Act, making it illegal—illegal—to require proof of citizenship that prevents illegal aliens and noncitizens from registering to vote. Why did Democrats do that? Simple. Of course, that 1993 Act is in direct conflict with the 1996 Illegal Alien Reform and Responsibility Act, that requires deportation of illegal aliens who vote.

So, was Obama recommending illegal aliens break the law? WHY SIGNATURE MATCHING?

And why are election workers and county clerks only allowed to check voter registration through Signature Matching? This is the one issue remaining alive in the Keri Lake challenge to the 2022 Arizona election.

I’ll tell you why—because once an illegal alien has a driver’s license ID number, a Ballot Harvester can download and print out a paper voter registration card where the applicant can use their full driver’s license number in lieu of a social security number.

This oversight or ‘liberal’ application of voter registration is outrageous when both Secretary of State and Motor Vehicle Records can instantly access the applicant’s driver’s license number, and show if it is associated with a social security number. The ‘match’ of ID to citizenship with these two ‘data points’ is 100% accurate and instantaneous.  

Of course, not having a social security number associated with a driver’s license is a dead giveaway the applicant is an illegal alien. Perhaps this is why DHS Secretary Mayorkas has not only delayed implementation of the 2005 REAL ID Act, twice, but is issuing social security numbers to illegal aliens as fast as possible.

The 2018 Ballot Harvesting and No Excuse Absentee Ballots applications do not require proof of citizenship, and that is why the Republican ‘Red Wave’ didn’t happen in 2022. It had nothing to do with abortion law, but legislated retribution for Hillary losing 2016.

The 1993 Voter Registration Act bars states requiring proof of citizenship, but citizenship is required to vote. It is well-established in U.S. Supreme Court precedent and natural, logical conclusion of law that every time an illegal alien votes, a ‘qualified citizen voter’ is unconstitutionally disenfranchised.

That is a fact, inarguable, but ‘liberals’ brush that aside saying that ‘fraud exists in every election, just not enough to change the outcome.’

Is that true?

The spreadsheet below shows, four states with 42 electors (Trump only needed 37 more electors to win 2020) that have many times more illegal aliens in their populations compared to slim margins of Biden wins, flipping those states from Trump to Biden. If Ballot Harvesters are taking advantage of ‘loopholes’ in the law to target illegal aliens, illegal aliens from just those four states flipped a massive Trump landslide to miniscule margins of victory for Biden.

Conclusion: Ballot Harvesters targeting illegal aliens (some states actually help the harvesters with mailing lists) can change election outcomes. Signature Matching delays election results and is not only inaccurate but wide open to fraud and abuse. Meanwhile, existing state databases can instantly verify citizenship through two simple data points, the driver’s license ID and social security number.

The numbers on the spreadsheet are indisputable, if not conservative. If the 2018 election laws permitting ballot harvesting and no-excuse absentee ballots are not repealed, or declared unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court, and revised to require a social security number be associated with every voter registration, 2024 will just be a repeat of 2020.
