SMARTMATIC AND DOMINION INFLUENCING ELECTIONS

Which came first, Vote By Mail and Ballot Harvesting technology, or legislation approving it?

That is a key question, and VBM (Vote By Mail) and other online ‘secure’ technologies were developed over years, decades.

ANSWER: The technology, taking years to develop, came first . . . and the international ‘voting’ company ‘helping countries around the world with their elections’ DRAFTED, LOBBIED, AND FUNDED LEGISLATION IN 2018 TO BLAST THE DOOR WIDE OPEN FOR VOTE BY MAIL.

UBER AND LYFT PAVED THE WAY

Same goes for UBER/LYFT coming into cities operating illegally. Their closely held proprietary ‘technology’ was being foisted on the public illegally, and the legislation to ‘legalize’ their logistics system had to be drafted by Uber, the lobbyists paid for by Uber, and the legislation passed, foolishly, by unwitting legislators who had no direct input in Uber’s business model-specific legislation, or full knowledge of transportation law.

In 2016, the Democrats lost the presidential election and began work to make ‘effing sure’ Trump would not win 2020. New legislation swept the country changing how we vote, how voters are verified, in 2018.

Therefore, a foreign corporation involved with international election intrigues (and if you read their website, they also want to control banking) altered our election laws in 2018 in order to change the balance of power in 2020.

VOTE BY MAIL (VBM)

Smartmatic is currently suing FOX News and other politically-motivated entities, including conservative lawyers and other citizens speaking out in any way against it. By the way, Dominion and Smartmatic being government agents, licensed to perform elections, cannot sue citizens or news agencies for libel. Contracted to operate elections they are essentially part of the government, and suing citizens is a violation of Free Speech. This is established precedent.

Dominion and Smartmatic are well-funded and, by their own admission, have helped 32 elections in nine countries.

Smartmatic’s first voting machine was presented in 2003, and their work has continued since then introducing on-line voting security parameters, biometrics, and contracting tens of thousands of machines. Their online voting system was tested in a Republican primary in 2016, and in 2018 (again, after Hillary lost) Los Angeles contracted Smartmatic for the 2020 election. Smartmatic’s first Voting Machine was used in the 2004 Venezuelan elections.

Dominion is a corporation registered in Delaware, and filed with the New Mexico Secretary of State in 2013 as a foreign corporation.

So, all of these voting machines and their ‘marking,’ ‘scanning,’ and ‘tabulation’ technologies are part of a push for ‘voting digitally,’ the latest major departures from ‘in person’ voting happening in 2018 legislation across the country, expanding the mail ballot to ‘no excuse absentee,’ legalizing non-governmental groups to solicit and mass mail ballot applications for ‘harvesting,’ and Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems contracted for millions of dollars by states to process their elections.

These contracts, inseparable to election legislation, also controlled not only the matter of collection of ballots, but training election workers to process them (especially those ballots not voted ‘in person’).

FREEDOM OF SPEECH

It is without doubt or debate that the Vote By Mail system introduced by Dominion and Smartmatic changed the outcome of the 2020 election. Hard data proves that Democrat ‘harvesting’ of mail ballots resulted in a tripling of their contribution to the vote, flipping almost a dozen state elections from Republican election night victories to the Democrats after days of ‘counting mail ballots.’ The bottom row of this county-by-county report shows how Democrats won with the mail ballot.

Voting is, for 99% of the citizenry, their only exercise of the 1st Amendment. But their tax dollars are now being abused by a foreign corporation to take that right away.

When certain pundits, reporters, lawyers, and news organizations criticized and questioned Vote By Mail and Ballot Harvesting, Dominion and Smartmatic used OUR TAX DOLLARS TO SUE THEM INTO SUBMISSION, silencing them with SLAPP suits, forcing settlements in politically corrupt courts who refused to challenge new election laws and security failures . . . most lately, the challenge to ‘signature verification’ of mail ballots by Keri Lake. Two activists for True the Vote were jailed by a liberal judge, for refusing to reveal their confidential sources!

FOX News faced a losing battle, the judge approving pretrial Summary Judgments which made winning impossible. For some cases, Dominion chose the Washington, DC district court, where it was impossible for Republicans to win. FOX NEWS now has to pay Dominion almost $1Billion, and was forced to remove certain journalists from its roster of reporters. So, again, Dominion attacked a news organization, a frontline bastion of the First Amendment for merely questioning the 2020 election outcome, data from audits, ballot security, and the ‘Jan6 Narrative;’ Dominion using our state tax dollars in order to enrich itself by another Billion Dollars, still being used in ‘lawfare’ to suppress legal challenges championing freedom of speech, in order to ‘guarantee’ the outcome of the 2024 Election.

There is only one solution: The mail ballot and how it is collected, processed, verified, and tabulated is inferior in security to the ‘in person’ vote and must be challenged under Equal Protection guarantees, and the potential for voter disenfranchisement; and that can only be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.
