BIDEN WON 2020 WITH ILLEGAL ALIEN VOTES?

NM Const. Bill of Rights Sec. 2. Rights and privileges. No member of this state shall be disfranchised or deprived of any of the rights or privileges secured to any citizen thereof, unless by the law of the land or the judgment of his peers.

According to my analysis of 2020 election results and estimated illegal alien population, Wisconsin is one of four states where their Illegal Alien population is vulnerable to Ballot Harvesters and County Clerks who do not, cannot, verify or validate absent voter ballot applications to confirm voter registration or citizenship.

The 1993 Act and recent legislation such as the 2018 Absent Voter Act allow non-governmental groups to register and harvest ballots from illegal aliens with impunity, in direct violation and conflict with the constitutional protection of ‘qualified citizen voters,’ and enforcement of the Illegal Alien Reform and Responsibility Act of 1996. (See the last paragraph of this memo.)

In Wisconsin, Biden flipped the 2020 election with a 0.65% margin of victory, or about 23,000 votes. Pew Research estimates of illegal aliens in Wisconsin 70,000, or 3X Biden’s margin of victory. How many illegal aliens were mailed applications for absentee ballots? We don’t know, and because of laws protecting the privacy of undocumented aliens, we can only guess.

[Edit March 31, 2023: How did Sec of State Griswold know it was 31,000? It seems the state databases can be queried to report any record from MVD or Social Services NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, i.e., illegal aliens! Is this how the deep state and the new non-governmental agencies targeted illegal aliens?]

Here is the devious manipulation of law by the Democrats. Not only do the issue official drivers licenses to illegal aliens, those licenses (90% of them anyway) will NOT BE ASSOCIATED WITH A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Yet, in lieu of a Social Security number, new voter registrations BY MAIL form only require a full drivers license number . . . so, while Citizenship is Mandatory to Vote, there is no data point on these mailed voter registrations or absentee ballot applications that give a 90% assurance of citizenship! [Why 90%? Because DHS is working hard to issue Social Security Numbers to illegal aliens.]

In New Mexico, state taxpayer money was spent to block bipartisan oversight of county clerks’ offices. ACORN was disbanded a decade ago for registering illegal aliens and fake names into the voter rolls. In 2018, New Mexico and other states ‘legalized’ non-governmental groups to go at it again, and also harvest ballots.

Through the freedom of information act, groups like the Center for Voter Information can have access to your name, residential address, mailing address if available, year of birth, registration date, voter status, voter ID, and voter history when available. The request form allows the person requesting the data to select which elections they want information from, such as general, primary, and special elections. THE SPREADSHEET LISTS THOSE STATES’ POTENTIAL ILLEGAL ALIEN VOTES COMPARED TO ESTIMATED ILLEGAL ALIEN POPULATION. I AM USING PEW RESEARCH ESTIMATES, WHICH ARE HALF THAT OF MIT-YALE ESTIMATES.

ACTION REQUIRED: Ballot Harvesting and NGO’s Voter Registration Laws Repealed, Voided.

MORE ACTION: All voter registrations MUST require a full state ID, a DL#, and the last 4-Digits of a SS#.

The Center for Voter Information claims it registered 1.5 million voters for 2020. Zuckerberg’s non-profit pumped $400 million into the 2020 election, and The Center and affiliates were beneficiaries.

The Center also used databases to do Bulk Mailouts of paper applications for Absentee Ballots. These ballots did not require official ID, relying solely on hand-verification of each application by county clerks inundated with at least 2X the normal level of requests. In many states, the number of votes by mail doubled from 20% to 40% of the total vote.

The hand-verification by county clerks was not supervised or overseen by bipartisan observers, and the potential for fraud due to lack of diligence and oversight of politically-aligned clerk’s offices impossible to audit.

The 2018 Absent Voter Act legalized massive absentee ballot mailouts and put the impossible burden of voter verification on county clerks who had to process the applications. The number of Democrat mail ballots tripled, while Republican ones stayed the same as previous elections. In 2020, Democrats received 153,000 more mail ballot votes than Republicans, in an election ‘flipped’ to Democrats by only 99,720 votes.

According to this spreadsheet, 5 million illegal aliens voters added 49 Electoral Votes (6 due to census apportionment) to the Biden victory. All Donald Trump needed to confirm his Election Night landslide was 38 of the 42 Electoral Votes from states with significant potential illegal alien voters. Three of the states, with an average margin of victory of 0.4% (AZ, GA, and WI) contributed 37 of those 38 electors.
