While on Twitter/X a comment claimed I was mistaken that only Arizona managed to complete its Title 3 Objection. It seems that after six hours of delay caused by the riot Pennsylvania managed to hold on to its senatorial co-signer and their objections were debated.
Of course, this didn’t happen until after midnight and I had skipped ahead to about 3AM when Pence declared the other objections, Georgia for example, were not to be heard. Only 2 of the 6 states that filed formal objections held onto their required senators.
This is the first error I’ve made since starting my blogs in 2009 . . . so. Please accept this correction.

The logical basis for blaming the attack on the Capitol on Democrats, not Trump, is that most Trump supporters didn’t start leaving the Ellipse Speeches until they ended at 1:13PM. The attack was initiated at 12:53PM, coinciding with the opening of the joint session. It was a 1.5 mile walk from the Ellipse to the Capitol where the riot, instigated by radicals and aggravated by smoke bombs, tear gas, and police brutality was in full swing and the Columbus Doors opened, from the inside, just ten minutes after the joint session went into recess.
Here is Ashli Babbit’s story, as told by Jack Cashill: “On January 5, 2021, Babbitt flew by herself from San Diego to Washington to see Trump speak one last time as president. While on Twitter/X a poster disagreed with my information that no Title 3 Objections were accepted by Pence after Arizona completed their objections prior to the riot delaying the joint session for six hours. It seems Pennsylvania did manage to keep their senator on board and so had the required co-signed letter of objection. This is the first mistake I’ve made since 2009 in writing posts, so I am now making a correction.

I wrote this blog based on the Congressional Record and reports by Michael Yon whose experience with Antifa riots make him an expert on recognizing them and their tactics. Hansen’s reporting was published by Gateway Pundit on January 28, 2021. I didn’t see it. The impetus for this blog was purely from deduction and Michael Yon’s eyewitness report.
Recently, especially since Republicans miraculously gained a miniscule minority in the House, more research by congress has found evidence of Antifa being bussed in unmarked white buses, as reported in texts by MAGA supporters who were warned to stay away from the Capitol.
The attack on the Capitol capped off the subversion of the 2020 election by Democrats and International Communism. Six states had a good chance of convincing congress to decertify enough Biden Electors to return the election to President Trump, and that is why the attack on the Capitol was planned and executed. Trump had ZERO MOTIVE to disrupt the joint session of congress as legislators were fighting for him. The false narrative created by Antifa and the Democrats has been used to condemn FOX News, Rudy Giuliani, and over a dozen court cases against President Trump, one criminal, and others essentially bankrupting many of Trump’s supporters. In fact, Trump has lost over $1B since leaving the presidency.
The Democrat Communists have murdered and imprisoned hundreds of Trump supporters, and evidence being quashed by the legacy media and Democrat prove they are innocent. This is exculpatory evidence the riot was executed by the DNC and FBI with the help of Antifa. Any Trump supporters involved were either duped by CI’s like Ray Epps, or swept up in the mob. And Mob Mentality is a legal defense, just as entrapment is as well.

Introduction
This was first posted June 12, 2022. Its premise is that the FBI ‘informants’ that infiltrated the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers were part of a plan to create a riot, thus disrupting the six states who had filed Title 3 §15 Objections to Biden Electors.
Were the Proud Boys in DC to riot, somehow that encouraging congress to change the election outcome?
HELL NO
Whenever Trump and MAGA planned an event, Antifa and BLM activists would show up to disrupt and attack MAGA-goers, and the Proud Boys would be geared up to stand between the Antifa thugs and normal citizens.
So, which was it? Trump ordering his supporters to riot? Or, did the FBI encourage a few ‘dupes’ like Pezzola and Sansley to break through the barriers and attack the Capitol.
The January 6 Committee has promoted the narrative that Trump planned an ‘insurrection.’
The facts are, however, that just as the CIA has undermined foreign governments with intrigues, money, propaganda, assassinations, and even military action, the Democrats used the FBI to foment violence at the Capitol in order to blame Trump supporters who didn’t start arriving until 45 minutes to an hour later.

Update, 09/08/2023: Trump advisor Peter Navarro has been convicted, by a jury, of Contempt of Congress. Navarro is a very intelligent guy, warehousing millions of doses of Hydroxychloroquine, working with medical doctors to distribute this drug that was found to be an effective treatment for COvID-19. He was attacked by Dr. Fauci and the media to discredit Hydroxychloroquine in order to facilitate the Emergency Use Authorization for the new ‘vaccines.’ If Navarro’s Hydroxychloroquine was prescribed, the law would prevent the vaccine from being distributed.
Here is what Peter Navarro said about the January 6th riots, and he was right on the money.
“Navarro has said candidly in interviews that the plan among Trump loyalists was to use a peaceful protest at the Capitol to pressure Congress and Vice President Mike Pence to reject the certification of Electoral College votes from states where the results were being contested by the Trump campaign. Contrary to the claims of the January 6 committee, Navarro said that the violence that erupted interfered with the plan and ensured its failure.”
You see, it was known ahead of time about the six states protesting Biden’s electors as being the result of mail ballot and voter registration abuse. Newly surfaced J6 video shows Ray Epps whisper to right-wing influencer: ‘We’re here to storm the Capitol’

Newly surfaced footage allegedly shows Ray Epps rallying people to go into the Capitol building the night before the riot in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6, 2021.
Truth in Media released previously unseen video clips of Epps reportedly urging supporters of former President Donald Trump to go “into the Capitol.”
Footage shows Epps purportedly instructing the crowd, “I’m gonna put it out there – I’m probably going to go to jail for it, okay – tomorrow, we need to into the Capitol! Into the Capitol!”
Video shows some people at the impromptu “Stop the Steal” rally reacting by saying, “No!” Others booed the idea of storming the Capitol, and some are heard chanting: “Fed! Fed! Fed! Fed!”

Epps appears to respond by ordering the crowd to infiltrate the Capitol building “peacefully.”
The eye-opening footage was taken by Anthime “Tim” Gionet – best known as right-wing influencer Baked Alaska.
Last January, the Trump-supporting livestreamer was sentenced to 60 days in prison after pleading guilty to a single misdemeanor count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing inside a Capitol building.
Epps is apparently seen on video telling Gionet, “In fact tomorrow – I don’t even like to say it because I’ll be arrested – we need to go in to the Capitol.”
Baked Alaska reacts by telling other Trump supporters, “I didn’t see that coming.”
Gionet walks away from Epps.
However, Epps interacts with Gionet 10 minutes later.
The night before the Capitol riot, Baked Alaska’s livestream video appears to show Epps leaning in to whisper to Gionet, “We’re not here to fight man. We’re here to storm the Capitol.”
Baked Alaska laughs off the idea.
Epps allegedly replies, “I’m not kidding.”
Gionet then dismisses Epps, “Alright, have a good night, be safe. Be safe brother.
Speaking of Epps’ orders to go into the Capitol, Gionet told journalist Lara Logan, “This is scripted because he said the same exact line word for word three times and that’s not natural.”
In September, Epps pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor charge of disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted area.
Epps has consistently denied that he is an informant or a federal agent – including during testimony before the Jan. 6 House select committee and in a “60 Minutes” interview.

By the time MAGA arrived, the first few at 1:45PM, the riot was almost over, the Capitol breached.

Trump ended his speech and many of ten thousand attending his rally began walking the 1.5 miles to the Capitol, the first of them arriving around 1:45, the Rioters still attacking the police 45 minutes after the attack started. It took at least another 15-30 minutes for slower walking MAGA supporters to reach the Capitol.

I object to counting the votes of Arizona electors because the Federal courts went around the legislatively constructed mechanism for choosing Arizona’s Presidential electors, allowing tens of thousands of voters to unlawfully cast votes. (This is, again, from the Congressional Record.)

Today, a shameful assault was made on our democracy. It cannot, however, deter us from our responsibility to validate the election of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. For that reason, Congress has returned to the Capitol.
Vice President Pence tabled the remaining five states who also filed Title 3 Sec 15 Objections, and Biden/Harris’ electors were counted.
The Insurrection was successful . . . all debate ended and Biden was named president.
